Handwoven and sewn by Taileu women in Nyanyang Tai village, northern Luang Prabang Province. Cloth is cotton, natural dye indigo woven in stripe. 2 buttons bring in the shape at the back. These buttons are made from hand cast recycled metal from Xiengkhouang province, where originally during the Indochina War they melted UXO to make spoons. This design was a collaboration with Massachusetts School of Art & Design Fashion students.
